Even though the mounting holes in the floor flange were countersunk from the factory, they had lumps of crud from the galvanizing process in them. They were also not quite deep enough for the Allen screws I was going to use to mount it so I cleaned them up with my countersink. I did this before I faced the back since I knew I was going to use "loctite" on the pipe fittings.
